I usually would not be critical of any business and just let things be but the professionalism of the new Dentist and a particular hygienist were less than stellar. I’ve never had any issues with my teeth in the last 25 years and was informed I had severe periodontal disease and needed $2,000 worth of treatment out of my pocket. Past documentation from my chart in previous visits from the former Dentist showed minimal change from this visit. RecommendedI got in the same day I called and the wait was short after I arrived. Everyone was very professional and helpful.
They recommended a treatment plan that did not work. Installed a faulty bridge and refuse to fix it. Poor service

As a patient I should be able to talk to the office, not a call center.. Is this office too big to speak for themselves or in an effort to be efficient, compassion is lost!!
Their routine cleaning is great
These people are crooks. They max out your insurance so they can make money. They are corporate dentistry owned by heartland dental. They told me I had gum disease that wouldn’t allow them to clean my teeth without doing deep scaling and laser treatments and gave me a treatment plan for that and my FOURTEEN cavities. This would have cost me more than more than $1000 out of pocket and I have a high option dental plan. I called a friend who is a dental assistant and followed her advice of getting a second opinion.
