I wanted to share the New Patient experience I had today with Caterville Dental. First and foremost, everyone was very courteous and professional. The office is beautiful and offers the latest technology available. I worked with Jennifer as my hygienist, and she was amazing. Dr. Kimbrough was super kind, listens to your concerns and has a gentle touch. I now how nervous one can be when they go to a new provider's office, but at Carterville Dental, rest assured you are in great hands. Peggy Sprague

While I've been going to this dental clinic for years, I've only been around Dr. Thapalia for a short time. So far, I've found her nice, with good communication skills and attention to detail.
I had a GREAT experience at this Dental office. They were able to get me in on the day that I called for some issues that were having. All of the stall were very kind, courteous and professional. Dr. Kimbrough is very knowledgeable, thorough and I see that he cares for his patients. I highly recommend Carterville Dental Center
Very talented and very knowledgeable Dentist. Great personality. She teaches you about teeth care and teeth heath. She listened to and addressed all my concerns. She was very engaging making sure the visit was a great experience.
I will NEVER go back to this dentist. I broke my tooth, the root is exposed and the dentist called in a antibiotic and told me to take tylenol and ibuprofen. Way more than the recommended dose. They referred me to a oral surgeon, telling me my tooth is beyond repair and they could see why I’m in so much pain. To spite this... they REFUSE to call anything in for pain due to the opioid epidemic. Even though, I haven’t had a prescription for pain pills in 13yrs... which, was when I had major surgery.
