Carol was an excellent choice. She was attentive and really listened to what I was looking for in a home. I am a first time home buyer and she was there for every question and made this a truly positive experience. I would highly recommend Carol and Jenny Smith Realty for all of you home purchase and selling needs.

I had an exceptional experience working with Jessica as my realtor. From start to finish, she went above and beyond—especially in helping me navigate a new construction build from out of state. With only one in-person visit, I relied heavily on her, and she delivered in every possible way. Jessica closely monitored the construction progress, stayed on top of remediation items, and ensured that nothing was overlooked. We worked with a few different real estate agents in our multi state home search. Jessica Miller was so fantastic! She is ethical, consistent with communication, professional. I trust her implicitly. I was so impressed with how quickly she integrated our feedback with one home to future potentials. She thought of things neighborhoods that I wouldn't have noticed (like how close we might be to a flight path of an airport) or road noise. The whole process was clean, professional, and clear. Glad she was recommended to us!
