I had the best pedicure ever here! I would totally go back for the pedicure. I did get my SNS done as well and will probably give them another chance but they cut my thumbs on the side and they're really sore the day after. The polish does not look even. Prices were reasonable and I would totally get another pedicure there.
Absolutely terrible service. Went in with a family of five. They rushed through my pedicure. Did NOT do the calluses on my feet. Painted my nails but did NOT use a nail file at all. My toe nail was crooked she did fix that when I said something about the calluses she just laughed never go back again
I had a very upsetting experience at Cartersville Nails on April 3rd around 1 PM. I went in for an SNS removal and reapplication. During the process, the technician placed my fingers into a liquid that caused immediate dryness and a burning sensation. I’ve had SNS removed before and have never experienced anything like that. While she was working, I noticed polish getting on my skin, under and around my nails. I asked if it would be corrected.
