I had a very upsetting experience at Cartersville Nails on April 3rd around 1 PM. I went in for an SNS removal and reapplication. During the process, the technician placed my fingers into a liquid that caused immediate dryness and a burning sensation. I’ve had SNS removed before and have never experienced anything like that. While she was working, I noticed polish getting on my skin, under and around my nails. I asked if it would be corrected. I’m new to the area and needed a full set and pedi before an event. I should’ve read the reviews before going…..horrible experience 0/10 There’s one young lady there that is pleasant. The rest of the staff have bad attitudes. The guy who did my full set acted like it would kill him to actually speak to me. My nails are horrible! I even asked him if he would clean up my nail beds and he said it was be an extra $10. I told him that wouldn’t be a problem. He didn’t clean up my nail beds and I made sure I wasn’t charged for that... read more
Love this place! 100% recommend!
3 people my sister my friend and me got our nails done. And we brought a picture of the inspo of the nails we wanted and they were very bad. The nails that my sister got had bumps in the filing was Absolutely horrible and the top coat had bubbles in it 2/10 would not recommend and the nail tec didn't even ask my sister what type of nails she wanted so she just got square even thought she wanted coffon and had some hair in her nails from the brush not being clean so make sure the nail tecs brush is clean
