Low ballers for sure. Brought 3 gold chains with diamond pendants on all 3 an the lady said the best she can do me is $2100. I thought that was very low considering how much gold is right now. So I decided to leave an go to another store an the other store gave me $5,000 for all 3 chains. So guys please have a second option before dealing with them. Not in my feelings about it at all. Just figured id let people know

Given it has been a few years since my purchases Im.just now deciding to stop by and leave an honest review. I gave this store a 2 because on my first visit after a lengthy discussion I left with my ring exactly as I had wanted. All was well. Very friendly environment staff..always very nice and welcoming..I have bought lots of good quality jewelry from necklaces’ diamond earrings’ gold chains’ rings as well too..etc. and they stand behind if anything needs to be fixed or replaced they will honor that..
