Carter's have given me THE best customer service I have experienced in Carlsbad as a whole, and I've lived here for 25 years. I was accidentally overcharged on my card, so the owner came by my house within 30 minutes of me calling him and delivered the payment to me in cash to ease my mind. I have never had a business go so above and beyond for me until now.
