I had a great experience with them. Dave did a great job of taking care of everything and setting up our AC for the summer. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I. definitely recommend them.
Our new construction home is still under the 1 year warranty period. Last week, our furnace wouldn't keep up, so we called Carter's, who installed our system, to see if they could check it out before the warranty expired. I had changed our air filter only 2 months prior, so didn't figure it would be that. I informed them it is still under the warranty while scheduling the appointment and asked if it would be covered.
