My gas valve on my heating/air system went out. Called Carter's @ 7:15am & a repair man was here by 9am & diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. Mr. Carter & his helper was back here by 4pm & replaced the valve. He even came inside & checked the air quality for Carbon Monoxide before he left. He told me that they come out in emergencies during the night. Now who does that anymore? I will certainly use this company in the future if needed!

I called them late in the evening after we got home and found the A/C unit was out. They were there within an hour and repaired my unit. I will be calling them for all of my AC repairs/ maintenance from now on. Not just because of how fast they got out there, but due to how professional, fair priced, and knowledgeable they were. Answered all my questions and educated me on maintenance I can do on my unit!

This is a great company with friendly and professional service. He found the problem and fixed it right away! He also went through ways to prevent it from happening again. He came out on a Saturday and did so in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services and will not be using anyone else.

Very pleased with Sam's work and responsiveness. He gave a fair price for the services needed (condenser coil replacement) and showed up when he said he would. Will no doubt be using Carter's for any future HVAC need.
