Amazing service! I called after hours to leave a message, because I was worried they wouldn't deliver to my daughter's dorm room (it's a PO Box) Not only was I shocked to hear a real person's voice, but I still can't believe how Carolyn took the time to make sure she understood what I was looking for, offered design options, and reassured me that the flowers would be delivered to the dorm, on time. I will definitely use Carters Flowers again!
