Anita was WONDERFUL ! Customer Service is PERFECT ! I passed all places for my inspection due to how nasty the person behind the counter . Very reasonable prices and quick and efficient. They definitely live by their moto “We tell you the truth, Like it or Not” . I would highly recommend to bring you car if anything is wrong with it .
I made a few calls last week just trying to find a convenient place to get my car inspected. I’m so glad I came across Carter’s Corner. And it’s right down the street. I didn’t get any pictures because I was engulfed in conversation instead. I was lucky enough to meet an owner and another patron. Such lovely people. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lady at the desk. She was nice. Funny too. The office is neat and has chairs to sit and wait, drinks and candy. Don't do it if you value your time and money. I've come here for almost 14 years. Something changed in 2022. Not sure what it was . Its disappointing because I've referred so many people here over the years and they use to be so good. This was my spot. Quick turn arounds... Never had to hunt down information on my vehicle.. .... And quick advice. Once a shop says " whoever worked on your car last".... that can only mean they messed up and are blaming it on the previous. Fast friendly affordable and they have towing available if you are unable to get your vehicle to them
Very nice family business checked my tire out and after I was gonna replace it saw it didn't get punctured and charged me $0 definitely going back if I have any issues
