Half chicken BBQ with 2 sides is good but the place was closed too often
The worst rib tips I have ever eaten. Salty, overcooked dried out nothings . Carter's tried to blame it on how long GrubHub came to pick it up.
I'm from DC went and tried Carters.I had collar greens and peach cobbler. I didn't like it the greens taste and smell like chittlins and the peach cobbler had a burn taste.They need me and my sister in their kitchen. But the guy at the window was nice.
