Carter Barbershop on Main Street located in Independents Heights, Texas / Studewood (first black city). Growing up everyone went to Carter's Barbershop for a hair cuts. The first shop was across the street next to a ICE House/Hardware store. I remember the Carter's oldest daughter and younger sibling's started cutting hair what a family affair. Shout out to Mr. & Ms. Carter for the memories
i always pass by the palce after work, this was my first time stopped in. i was greeted and welcomed in, made me feel comfortable once inside. i'm always nerveous bout new people cutting my hair , but at the end it was a great job that she did. i will be going back again with her, and the price is good also. GREAT JOB!!!
My family been going to cater since my dad was a teenager now he 68 it get my hair cut here to they cut very good and at a reasonable price
