We have a 2008 VW Toureg. VW of Fairfield wanted $3900 for brakes and a brake vacuum hose replace. $3900😳. Took it to carters and within 48 hours, our Toureg was fixed at a cost of $650. Complete brake job and the vacuum hose was fine. I have finally found a mechanic, an honest mechanic. Very hard to find nowadays. We highly recommend Carter’s. You will not be disappointed.

I will always highly recommend Carter's Automotive in Fairfield. While I do not live there, I have family that does. Even though I live 175 miles away, they always treat me as if I am their most important customer. They communicate so well. I rarely rate any business but this one I solidly give 5 stars. Fully trust them to do what's right.
Tim and the guys take excellent care of my automotive needs. Very professional, honest,economical, and work done in s timely manner. They work on my car, our company trucks and friends cars.
