I had rust on my suburban, most panels behind the rear doors. i went and saw mark, he was able to take the car that day and had it back in 3. the job the did was great, it looks like new. glad i chose them.
This shop is THE BEST PLACE to have work done on your vehicle. It's family owned and run by Mark, his sister Sherry and his son Markie. These people will treat you like you're a member of their family having work done on your vehicle. The labor costs are way below anybody around here and they go above and beyond to do whatever it takes to repair your vehicle and when it's done your vehicle looks like they just drove it off a showroom floor. Had a great experience here at Carters. A+ customer service. Worked with insurance to get new parts instead of trying to repair them. Keeps you updated every step. Work finished on time and looks better than when I bought it. He also cleaned it inside and out AND was able to remove paint speckles that were all over it. Cant say enough good things, will recommend highly.
