What an awful experience to shop here! Staff is rude and very unhelpful. First time in and I was looking for a new outfit for a 24M boy. Left empty handed and crying.
The staff keeps the space organized. The flow of the store makes sense. Shout out to Jennifer Soba for always being friendly and helpful. She’s assisted me with multiple exchanges and purchases.
The worst place for customer service!! I have spent so much money here, I guess I don't feel as bad becuase the quality of the clothes are good and they have cute stuff but they need to rehire new people that care and have good customer service!!
