Horrible! On the first day I moved in, roaches were everywhere. I had such a terrible experience with the roach problem. Second, my apartment was literally falling apart—walls were cracking, and there were big gaps between the walls and the floor. To the point where if I swept by the wall, anything on the floor would fall into the gap. Everything in the apartment broke within one year of living there. If they offer you building 31 Apt 67B don’t take it the downstairs neighbors smoke like a chimney and your apartment will forever smell like smoke and you will live in hell. That’s why I’m moving at the end of my lease PROS: - Maintenance is very quick and done through an app - Plaza right next to you and also turnpike - Pretty safe - Apt is good, not great, for the price.
