Be careful with copay, my daughter unknowingly paid a copay during her visit and they refuse to refund her. Over 2 months later, still no refund. The insurance company even called them to inform them a copay was NOT due but they still refuse to issue a refund. Update: had to get the insurance fraud department involved and immediately we were refunded our money. This business admitted they owed the refund but instead of just being a honest, legit business they were rude, dishonest idiots.
Doc L is a great provider. Unlike many, he is not afraid to answer the hard questions and pulls no punches. He is fixing the mistakes made by another podiatry surgeon and I have the utmost confidence in his abilities. Tedd Weiser
