This office is exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone that has issues with their feet or ankles. Everyone was exceedingly helpful, personable, professional, and competent. I have moved from Morehead city for various reasons but ill still make the 1 hour drive to come here for my needs because I know they're worth it. Keep up the incredible work guys.
Dr. LoPicello is nothing short of amazing!! He was attentive and thorough prior to surgery. Post surgery he has been attentive, thorough, thoughtful, and responsive to my needs. I honestly could not have chosen a better surgeon for such a big procedure and I'm beyond thankful to have found him! Your in skillful hands when in his care.
Everything about my visit was 5 stars: from setting up the appointment ( I only waited 2 weeks); filling out the paperwork ahead of time; being seen on time; Devon made me feel very comfortable, a good listener; and Dr. Parrish was thorough with her exam and diagnosis…I would highly recommend this office.
Called again today July 9, 2024 to leave yet another message (this is the 5th) for Dr John LoPiccolo to call me. Was advised by Paige that he doesn't return calls. Told her that I spoke to his nurse awhile back and she said they didn't get the report from the rheumatologist THEY had me go to. The nurse gave me the fax number for them to send it to them. Pretty poor followup considering I had that appointment May 24th. She then told me that when he read the report he would let me know how we were going to proceed. Guess what ... read more
The person working there by the name of PAGE is very rude and unprofessional, she hung the phone up on me right in the middle of asking a question. Based on my experience with her over the phone I would not recommend this office for service. Page is bad for business
