My wife call to linden and they sent her to Carteret for appointment. This the 3rd time by mistake since last year that was told to my wife she took off from her job 3 x’s to wrong address . I think the front desk is call Janet. Unprofessional giving wrong address knowing they closed. Also need to do your checking in insurance they will add more.

Almost a decade as Dr. Haycek's patient, my experience is a very rewarding healthcare relationship. Dr. Hayeck is a caring individual, which is an anomaly in today’s world of the healthcare system. No one likes going to dentist, but I am sure, like me, that all of Dr. Hayeck’s patients are pleased with the level of care they receive. I was a patient for a few months .. She was over charged me on every single visit and I didn’t know that until i review my dental insurance company statement.. on every single procedures they charged me almost the double amount. I called my insurance first and I asked about patients payment responsibility and it didn’t match with the payment that I did in her office.
