Just purchased a new C8 from Carter. The experience I had was amazing. Zaheed my salesmen was amazing. Honest, up front and kept in constant communication with me with respect to my build status. He felt more like a friend who was helping me buy a car then a salesmen and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to reach out to him. STAFF: Friendly, patient with their time in explaining any services needed, shows expertise, and trustable/reliable. SERVICE: Car issues corrected and maintenance maintained. Arnell and the guys in the tire shop always give top notch efficient service
I've had a somewhat complicated relationship with GM's service experience, and I think it's important to be honest about that. I bought my Cadillac at Carter, and while I've generally been happy with the people there, I eventually decided to try another GM/Cadillac dealership because I was hoping to find a better service experience.
