Easy, streamlined and very professional. Young did a great job to finalize our deal at a price everyone agreed upon. He spent time to explain how everything works in the car, which is important because there was a lot to learn. I value this type of personal salesman ship. It is rare these days to have such important one on one dealings. Thank you again Carter GM, I love my new car.
Carter GM did a very complex repair on my vehicle, last summer, The repair was time consuming, but most importantly my truck was fixed and restored in professional manner. However due to some faulty parts I did bring my truck back for some more repairs, Each time Steve at service was very courteous and helpful with booking my repairs and providing free loaner car for the duration of the repair. I highly recommend Carter service to anyone who needs their car/truck fixed professionally
