Had a pre-op consult on 11/3/22 a canine pulled 11/7/22. Dr. Carter was great. I have a pretty extreme fear of dentists and he did his best to make me feel better..... not like another coin in his paycheck but like a person. He genuinely wanted to know if I was in pain during the pre-op (which I was). I told him other dentists I'd seen were reluctant to properly treat the pain. We were scheduled for a full mouth extraction and implants for dentures. Had the procedure scheduled three weeks before our appointment. Had to call numerous times to get information and the total cost of the procedure. Where going to call us with the amount before the appointment. No call. We went in for the appointment and they wanted full $16,000 payment before service. We had to reschedule appointment because, based on other information we had the wrong amount. We went to Dr Thomas Carter yesterday for a consult on several extractions. My daughter; Kaitlyn is 9, Dr. Carter was so nice, friendly and took his time to visit with her. He was very personable and explained what it all entailed. He was in no rush; he really put her mind at ease. He chatted with her about different topics. No matter where i am in the country i will travel to Dr. Carter and his staff anytime i need this kind of work. This Man is Amazing and does amazing work. Im 9 hours in to 3 wizdom teeth pulled and am shocked how well my experience was. My mouth is small inside and plated with screws from a previous incident that didnt make this easy , which he had no problem working around and did an amazing job.
