I stopped by this morning regarding an issue with my Crosstrek's headlights! Outstanding service start to finish - in less than 10 minutes Thank you to Sam, who quickly resolved and clearly explained the issue (a user issue) and to the lovely lady who welcomed me in and directed my parking.
I dropped by to pick up a brake light switch. The employees were pleasant and quick to pull the part. I was very surprised to be charged $78.08, whereas the MSRP on parts.subaru.com is $53.85. Carter was convenient for me this morning, but it looks like other Subaru dealers in the region charge MSRP or a bit below.
Ordered the wrong bolts and didn't order the lugs. Quoted me $500 to reinstall my backseat (6 lugs needed to be screwed into place and everything else quite literally clicks into place without any force needed. Would rather diy (:
