We have always received excellent, thorough science-backed care from Drs. Clarke & Guyett over the past six years we have been attending. Lovely reception staff and vet nurses, very fair pricing, and a convenient location with easy parking and access.
This was the worst experience I’ve had at a vet clinic. I chose this clinic based on reviews praising the male vet’s compassion due to my cat’s anxiety going to the vet, but my experience was the opposite. The vet was running late (which I understood), but from the moment we entered, he was dismissive and rude. Our consultation was twice interrupted by him giving clinic staff other patient updates—without apology.
