This review is not about a great rental experience, purchase, etc., but about what I saw behind the scenes at CAT today. I am a contractor doing building maintenance at the Carter offices and needed some help accessing some areas of the building: I wandered back to the repair bays and found a gentleman in Bay 8 (forgot his name, sorry). He took the time to help me out, walked me through and got me the access I needed. He was not angry, impatient or annoyed…quite the opposite. Then it dawned on me…this man loves his job. First class service in the parts department.
I called there today looking a part for a skidsteer. I ended up talking with a Mr. Monty Brookings, in parts. He spent a long time researching the part and finally advised me on trying something else/part. He was extremely nice and walked me through the process of setting up an account.
