Some of the worst customer service ever! You cannot get them to confirm an order. They won't respond to emails and you stay on the phone forever before you get anyone. This is the parts department.
I would like to thank the front counter team. They were excellent in customer service and so friendly. My item was delayed and they called and informed everyday. Excellent!!! You dont see that kind of service anymore. Thank you all very much!!!
