WORST HOA COMPANY EVER!!! I live in the Hidden Creek subdivision in Canton, GA. and I NEVER see positive results in the neighborhood that would allow us to say, “We live in a great place.” This company NEVER visits our areas. We have homeowners and renters whose properties look abandoned and so dirty, with very tall trees/shrubs, that you can’t even see the entrance of the house and anyone can hide behind them. Forget about getting good service or this HOA doing anything for you or your subdivision. I've lived in the Hidden Creek subdivision in Canton GA for 10 years and I can't count a single benefit from Ben Carter or his company, Carter Realty Inc. In those 10 years, we've only had three annual meetings. The last one was six years ago, and we didn't reach any agreement at any of them. Consistently raising our HOA fees and taking away ammenities..I moved here in 2021 my hoa was 260 a month and we got a pool trash water and tv service and lawn care...fast forward to 2025 and its $550 a month and they took the tv service away..i feel like they are scammers and horrible people. I feel like the whole hoa is useless and i learned my lesson when i sell ill never join a community with a scammy janky hoa like carter realty
