Buyers beware. If cash buyer do your homework. Kristin Hill tried to sale me and my wife some cash homes, but they were on the code enforcement list to be demolished by the city. She did not disclose this. Very disappointed with this dishonest realtor.. I would not even buy a home with them if it was on a loan. What else does this reality company not disclose. I just don't blame hill. I blame the ones in charge as well. Very dishonest group of realtors.
