Looked everywhere for treads for my inground pool ladder. Could order online but needed immediately. And Carters Pool was the only place that kept them in stock. And very nice ladies inside.
Recently had a pool installed by another company and stopped by Carter Pool Co to double check my water tests and was surprised they matched my Taylor Test kit. Lady in front was very patient and informative. I didn’t feel like she was trying to sell chemicals since she recommended my pool was in great shape.
The ladies always treat me so nice, I love this place it’s convenient and near by. They’re always honest about the test of my pool chemicals.
