I was a previous customer of Carters so I called there first, left a message. No return call. Called another plumber and the job was fixed the same day that I had called. Waste of time calling these folks and waiting.
Rob and the other staff I encountered are top notch! Extremely kind, friendly and selfless. My neighbours dog was lost in the area and he took the time for 2 days to help search for her. He even offered us (total strangers) access to his property and snow vehicles to help locate her. Bottom line these are kind and honourable people. The type of people you want to do business with!
