Great employees and fairly priced
Nice for a quick stop. Can't wait to see the remodel.
Unfortunately, I attempted to rectify a situation that occurred with this company. I order about 640 pickets and additional items for a fence. Just shy of 140 of those pickets arrived severely warped, the incorrect color, beyond cracked, etc. We notified them of the issue and that they should've been swapped. We only received 10 to replace. Granted, I had some issues with my contractor that I did make them aware of but upon making them aware of the pickets that need to be replaced and boards that were unusable, they reached ... read more
So I've worked with other Carter Lumber stores before, but these are the best guys I've worked with so far. Tim and his staff are super friendly and just great people to work with. If you're not sure who to work with this would be a great place to start and I don't think you'll even waste your time looking any further after you meet Tim and his team!
