great service I just came here for my birthday a few weeks ago. My husband and I were one of two couples and it was the absolute best time of my life. The service was exceptional and the Inn itself is so beautiful, we really did not want to leave!

This is a lovely course and community
One of my favorite venues of all-time. I have never experienced anything less than a first-class PGA playing experience when visiting Carter Plantation. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff, great course conditions, and an excellent layout. You'll have a hard time finding this level of the game at a better value!
Absolutely the best golf experience in Louisiana! Golf course, restaurant and Villas are second to none. Played today and the course was spectacular! Greens are pristine and the staff very professional, friendly and accommodating! Can’t wait to come back!
Course always in great shape. Went today just to hit balls at driving range. Little disappointed that it costs 20.00 to hit balls when I play at Carter frequently
Carter has hosted our golf tournament the last 3 years. Their team is phenomenal and we enjoy working with them. If you’re looking for a place to host your next event, we highly recommend Carter.
Great golf course to play. challenging but still forgivening enough for new players. great staff and great food.
