If I had a choice I wouldn’t even rate this Nurse practitioner a one star. She is very unprofessional and rude! I highly wouldn’t recommend her- she needs to work on her interpersonal communication skills with patients!!! She wouldn’t even let me speak and was such a horrible person because how she said things toward me which was very rude! She was very rude to me, I will never go back again.
I was a new patient to this clinic and scheduled a appointment a week in advance for Wednesday at 2:40. The receptionist who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and very helpful. Fast forward to the day of the appointment and it was the exact opposite. I was called at 9 am the day of the appointment by a receptionist that was very rude and very short and demanded that I come in earlier because my doctor needed to leave early.
