Very thorough doctor. Is willing to go the extra mile to take care of you. If you need a neurologist, Dr. Carter is the man. You will not be disappointed.
A family member was referred to this practice and as a primary care taker I accompanied her to the appt. We arrived at the appointment on time. Everything went down hill from there. In 2024 they are still requiring masks but here's the kicker the doctor nor his staff wear the mask properly. The masks were half way down their face under their nose. Dr. Carter has been my Neurologist for 8 years. I really liked his professionalism, yet he made you feel very comfortable. He respected me as a patient. I would highly recommend him. He will take good care of you. I saw 3 neurologists before him and not one of them did what I needed to correct my ailment, Dr. Carter had me feeling better after the first visit. He is a caregiver that I need undoubtedly.
I am currently seeing Dr. Carter to manage my migraines. Dr. Carter gives very thorough explanations of his care plan. He will explore every avenue to ensure that his patients get the best care.
