very poor claims management. Don't take responsibility for their actions. Caused a huge damage to our classic, new truck while unloading, and as of today, can't get a claim number, or adjuster contact to get reimbursed for the damages
Please be very careful with this place if you are renting any equipment for personal use or small business. We rent a trailer for our company work to try to be on the budget but the damage caused by their senior but untrained employee totally ruined everything. Scott, the guy they claimed to be there several years was in charged of releasing the trailer to us, not only he does not know anything about the product but also very stubborn and have the mindset of fooling customer.
