I’m on my second Cat skid steer from Carter. I’ve also taken my machine there for service and purchased many parts. Sales and parts are fine. If you want to give them money for goods they will take it, fair enough. However, AVOID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COST. I took my machine in to swap out a coupler (second coupler that failed w less than 150 hours on it).
