Carter has been utterly awful to work with through every phase of our new home project. Some of the design staff are totally incompetent. Design documents were amateurish and incorrect with each revision taking weeks to correct. Phone calls and emails to them were not returned. They seemed incapable of meeting dates that they provided, causing delays of several weeks to our new home completion date.
I worked with Carter for my kitchen and bath cabinetry. The experience was terrible. They do not return phone calls or emails. They rarely, if ever, met a promised date for any milestone in our project and caused several weeks of delay in our new home completion. Some of the design staff was terribly incompetent. We were told many things that were untrue and design documents were filled with errors and had to be re-done many times. They seemed to have no interest in customer satisfaction.
