Needed a hard to find moulding to match a repair. I was initially intimidated by the size and scale of their operation, which obviously caters to the pro industry. However, Jean located exactly what I needed and I was treated as if I was making a huge purchase, rather than the small amount the moulding cost. The warehouse workers were friendly and very helpful in locating this one-off piece of moulding I needed. I will continue shopping here and I will recommend Carters to friends as well.

I had a troubling experience involving $20,000 worth of lumber that was never delivered. Despite my requests for proof, the company failed to provide any evidence—no photos, no delivery receipts, nothing.
