I've ordered several things both in the store and over the phone for a renovation project I'm working on. Dana has helped me both in the office and over the phone and he's been exceptional! Even provided me with a catalog for the siding and a color pallet book to match my colors.
Very accommodating! Purchased entry door here and Bob M was very patient with my many questions and very responsive to my emails! Door was delivered with special instructions to the delivery guys to be very careful when loading/unloading expensive door. And while a time window is not normally provided for delivery, Carter Lumber made sure door was delivered by noon so I could get to work on time. Door was installed today by private contractor and we couldn't be happier with our purchase..at least on day 1! Thank you, Bob M!
