My husband is making this review - He said he has never dealt with a lumber company that has had a disabled saw for over a month.
Salesman THOUGHT he was certain what i needed without listening or looking at the photo i had taken, and instead of showing where the parts WOULD BE that i needed, just simply "sorry we can't help you", so i drove down the road to Family Farm & Fleet. CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNIQUE NEEDS HELP!
