Great Place for Building Carter Lumber is a great place to go to buy your building materials. I have found they usually have the best price on lumber and building supplies and they also deliver for only $25 more. They have a good staff who is eager and ready to help you plan a project or get a material list together! GO see them! You will not be sorry you did!

Knowledgable staff The staff at Carter Plumbing and Electric Heating all seem to be very knowledgable. However, in doing some price comparisons they are higher than some of the other larger chain stores in the area. So if you are looking for a place close to home with knowledgable staff they are great-- but if you are trying to budget your work you may want to look elsewhere.
Helpful We were doing some remodeling on our house, new bathroom, redoing the kitchen and also the laundry room. The fellows their at Carter were very helpful in helping us do some of our planning, and answered all our questions.
