This review is strictly for warranty work. If you’re going to use this company for any work….. Beware of future headaches. Bought a new home 10 months ago and a lot of the work was done by Carter. Today, 7/1/25, someone from the company was supposed to show up for warranty issues and never did. This is the 5th time an appointment has been scheduled just to have no one show up without even a call/email as to why.
