I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Carter Lumber Kitchen & Bath Showroom, but in particular Hannah Vance, for helping us with the process of customizing our kitchen and bathrooms in our new home. Hannah's assistance and knowledge of the process and product was remarkable. We love the soft closing cabinets and drawers and the custom design of our first drawer microwave. Awesome! Take a look at the pictures and you can see why we are so pleased!
Hannah did a wonderful job designing the cabinetry in our new home! She was professional and quick to respond. We could not be happier with how beautiful everything turned out!
The website stated that it was Open from 9 to 5 on Friday and that it was currently open. We arrived about two 2:30 in the afternoon and the doors were locked and there was someone walking around inside that just kind of ignored us and pretended we were not there. We would’ve liked to been able to at least go in and look around even if I needed an appointment to talk to someone. Very disappointing!
