Carter really cared about us and our home buying experience. He was very open and honest with his feelings about possible structural issues and things which could be a problem in the future. He stated, "I wouldn't sell a home I wouldn't live in". He was thoughtful, professional, quick to get back with any questions we had. I been working with Carter for several years. I have found him to be a great agent.All my dealings with him have been on time and he is great communicator.I have always gotten a response to my texts or emails.Would highly recommend Carter.
