Dr. Carter saved my vision after another doctor (outside of this practice) botched a vision enhancement surgery. He had to perform *two* corrective surgeries to save my eyesight. I especially appreciated Dr. Carter's calm and friendly disposition, during this scary experience. He always took enough time with me and answered all my questions.
Dr. John Carter has expert knowledge, makes accurate diagnoses, provides appropriate information to me as a patient and to my ophthalmologist, and answers any questions I have. In early 2000, he performed my retinal surgery and follow up care with excellent results. For my ongoing, annual visits, his office staff are attentive and timely. I highly recommend Dr. John Carter and his practice for retinal care.
