I did not find Dr. Jim Carter to be helpful, professional, or compassionate. He once had a 15 minute phone call with his wife right in the middle of my appointment! (I wasn't sure if that was normal but it made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.) He promised he was commited to working with me long term and said would be there for me, but a month later abruptly terminated me with no prior warning leaving me in a very difficult and unsafe situation that I would not wish upon anyone.
