I had leased a Civic sedan from Carter's last year. I should have leased a hatchback. Over the winter this year I realized that I really missed the big rear window and wiper of a hatchback. Bill on the service desk was great, got my vehicle in and done quick and was great. **update** I already left the review, can not leave a new one, and I am on my 7th text message to ask for a review after my latest service. Maybe take a look at your system as it is getting annoying.
