In 2022 I called Carter to fix my furnace. They did a great job. Then when I paid the guy. Who was the owner said if I paid an extra one hundred dollars they would service my air conditioner in the spring. I have called repeatedly and they plain and simple will not honor that. Don’t buy into this with them.

Carter’s did an out standing job installing ductwork and vents in our new addition from start to finish. They also electrically wired the addition for a children’s ministry area taking into consideration all the needs. I am extremely pleased with their service, and would use them again.

I called Chris about my air on Sunday when it was extremely hot and he immediately responded to me. On Monday, the following day , my air conditioner was fixed within 24 hours of calling. We have been using this company for years and will continue to do so.

Carter heating and cooling is on point. We recently had a new roof put on and the workers place a box on top of my condenser causing it to malfunction. Carter, heating and cooling came out of their way on a short notice to fix our problem. He had it diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Money well spent.

6/27/25 edit: I reached out about 5 weeks ago to ask them to stop by to give me an estimate to raise up and level my ac unit (due to settling) that they installed last August. Chase stated it would be covered under their warranty and would be out to handle it. Waited about 2 weeks, called again and was told due to weather they’re behind but would be out within a couple days. Okay perfect. It’s now been 2 more weeks and they’ve still not come.
