The team, specifically Kyle Cato, did an awesome job marketing and selling a hunting and family property we had in the southeast Georgia area. They know what it takes to market all the fantastic attributes of a property. Beyond this, their contracting and closing process was also well organized. While I was looking for a new home, I did not actually think I would be able to find one. I ran into Ms. Gosseck while looking, and, while I was not particularly interested in the property she was showing, we exchanged contact info. Ms. Gosseck was very pro-active in helping me find a place. She was able to effectively communicate with my lender while I was busy with work.
