Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The service is terrible. After messing up a procedure, he never owned up to the error. Another dentist said it was clearly Dr Carter's fault. Dr Carter only cared about the insurance money not the patient.

I am a physician myself and I would NEVER go to this dentist again. He is very unprofessional and incompetent without going into any details- I would not even recommend him to my worst enemy. I was new in town and didn't know where else to go, so I searched for dentists in my area. A huge mistake. Take your time to find a good dentist and ask people where they go- don't just pick someone who is in your area, you might regret it.

I will absolutely return. I had a nice experience, as I am really adverse to pain and they were by far one of the the best I've ever experienced, and Dr. Carter was recommended to me by by Dr. Fazio, and Dr. Fazio would never steer anyone wrong. They are absolutely professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
