Carter Towing towed my son's car to the wrong address and tried to blame it on the insurance company. Unreliable and unprofessional!

My car needed to be towed so I called my roadside assistance from my insurance. The insurance texted me the address of the mechanic that I suggested to make sure it was right which it was. I call the mechanic the next day and they don't have my car. I call the towing company and they didn't know where my car is, they had no idea where they took my car. They lost my car. had a mishap Saturday, January 12 during the snowpolooza. Some idiot tried passing me on the right on the I72/Wabash exit ramp. I ended up sliding into the median where the traffic light was, damaging front drivers side tire making my vehicle undrivable. My vehicle was dead inthe water right in the middle of the road ISP Trooper came upon my situation. He wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I will leave it at that.
